It will become the sixth temple in the state of Utah, where there are currently approximately 16.8 million members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, along with 500 congregations.

The temple’s striking design will feature a single attached central spire, reaching an impressive height of 265 feet and 6 inches (81 meters). Unlike many of its counterparts, the Provo Utah Rock Canyon Temple will forego a gold-leafed Angel Moroni, which is currently in storage.
