Hey friends! Have you heard the fantastic news about the new Austin Texas Temple? It’s located at 1801 East Park Street in Cedar Park, and it promises to be an incredible addition to our community. The announcement was made by the beloved Prophet Russell M. Nelson on April 3, 2022, and ever since, excitement has been building!

We’re all eagerly anticipating August 17, 2024, when Michael A. Dunn will lead the groundbreaking and site dedication. It’s a big moment, and we can’t wait to see this beautiful temple come to life!

The architectural design is simply beautiful, featuring a stunning single attached central tower that will make it stand out in the area. Inside, there will be two instruction rooms, two sealing rooms, and a baptistry—perfect for all the spiritual needs of our community.

This temple will cover an impressive 30,000 square feet and sit on a generous 10.6-acre lot at an elevation of 897 feet. Imagine the views! And if you haven’t seen the rendering released on September 5, 2023, you’re in for a treat—it looks absolutely amazing!
