The Austin Texas Temple is located at 1801 East Park Street, Cedar Park, Texas. It was announced by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson on April 3, 2022, marking a significant milestone for the local community. The groundbreaking and site dedication took place on August 17, 2024, led by Michael A. Dunn, reflecting the commitment to bring this sacred space to life.

The temple boasts a unique architectural design featuring a single attached central tower, which contributes to its impressive appearance. Inside, the temple includes two instruction rooms, two sealing rooms, and a baptismal font, catering to various religious ceremonies and community needs. 

Spanning 30,000 square feet, the Austin Texas Temple is situated at an elevation of 897 feet, providing it a prominent presence in the area. The temple is built on a 10.6-acre lot, allowing for ample space for worship and community gatherings. The public was given a glimpse of the temple’s design with a rendering released on September 5, 2023, generating excitement for its upcoming completion and dedication.
