Its open house, held from August 19 to September 10, 2016, attracted an impressive 105,000 individuals who came to tour its interior.

On October 16, 2016, the Temple was officially dedicated by Apostle Dieter F. Uchtdorf. During this momentous occasion, he performed the dedication in three sessions. Inside, there are two instruction rooms, three sealing rooms, and a baptistry, designed to facilitate various functions of the faith.

Community Impact

The development of the Fort Collins Colorado Temple sparked conversations within the local community about traffic, property values, and local wildlife. Church spokesman Eric Adams provided reassurances regarding the Temple’s operational impact, emphasizing that it does not draw large crowds at any one time, with the largest room accommodating only 50 people.
