Lindon Utah Temple Open House and Dedication Dates Announced
The Lindon Utah Temple Open house is from March 12, 2026 through April 11, 2026. The Lindon Utah Temple will be dedicated on May 3, 2026.
The Lindon Utah Temple is located at 850 E Center Street Lindon, Utah 84042. The Lindon Utah Temple will help support the small city of Lindon of 11,000 people which is just south of Pleasant Grove Utah and North of Orem Utah.
Temple Open Houses, Dedications and Rededications
The Lindon Utah Temple announcement came on October 4, 2020 by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson. The rendering was released to the public on April 26, 2021.
Groundbreaking and Site Dedication
The Lindon Utah Temple groundbreaking and site dedication was on April 23, 2022 by Elder Kevin W. Pearson he said, “May the construction of Thy holy house here in Lindon continue to bless this community with peace, love and unity.”
First Temple Presidency
The Lindon Utah Temple first President and Matron of the Temple is Lynn McKinlay Brätt and Elizabeth Ann Prestwich Brätt.
Design and Property Details
The Lindon Utah Temple is built on 11.87 acres. The Lindon Utah Temple total floor area is 87,005 square feet. The Lindon Utah Temple is built at an elevation of 4,817 feet.
Exterior and Architectural Features
The Lindon Utah Temple exterior is granite. The Lindon Utah Temple architectural features is two attached end spires with no gold-leafed Angel Moroni Statue.
Interior Layout
The Lindon Utah Temple has four instruction rooms each room seats 50 people, four sealing rooms and two baptistries.

The Lindon Utah Temple The Temple decore on the stained glass and through out the Temple will have the areas Agrarian roots including the Linden Tree Flower.
Site Layout
At the North East corner there is an area where bridal parties can take photographs of the Temple in the background. Around the Temple the parking lot will surround the Temple in a circular fashion with black ornamental fencing.
Significance in Utah
The Lindon Utah Temple will be Utah 25th dedicated Temple built in the beautiful State of Utah. The Lindon Utah Temple is the seventh Temple built in Utah County.
