Announced on May 20, 2022, the Montpelier Idaho Temple will proudly stand as the eighth temple in Idaho, located at Washington St, Montpelier, ID 83254. The striking central tower is set to be an iconic feature, and with a total size of 27,000 square feet, it will house two instruction rooms, two sealing rooms, and a baptistry—an impressive space for worship and community gatherings.
Perched at an elevation of 5,969 feet and occupying 2.6 acres of beautiful land, this temple is designed to harmonize with the breathtaking landscape of Idaho. The groundbreaking ceremony, held on June 17, 2023, by Elder Ryan K.
