The announcement of the Moses Lake Washington Temple came during the 189th Annual General Conference by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson, marking a pivotal moment for many. On April 7, 2019, excited anticipation began as plans emerged for this site. Groundbreaking and Site Dedication took place on October 10, 2020, led by Brother Stapleton.

Fast forward to September 17, 2023, when the Temple was officially dedicated by Apostle Quentin L. Cook. This dedication represented a culmination of years of planning and effort, fostering a sense of belonging for many in the area.
