A Journey to Its Inception

The announcement of the Bacolod Philippines Temple was made on October 5, 2019, by President Russell M. Nelson during the 189th Semiannual General Conference. Following this momentous reveal, the groundbreaking and site dedication took place on December 11, 2021, led by Elder Taniela B. Wakolo.

Upcoming Events

This event invites individuals to explore and appreciate the intricate details of the Templars’ design and purpose. The dedication ceremony is scheduled for May 31, 2026, and will be officiated by Apostle Neil L. Anderson.

This remarkable location features a single attached central tower, with an exterior finished in a soft cream color and capped with an elegant bronze-domed cupola. Inside, the Bacolod Philippines Temple will accommodate two instruction rooms and two sealing rooms, along with a baptistry, designed to enhance the overall experience for individuals and families engaging in sacred practices.
