The journey began on April 5, 2020, when Prophet Russell M. Nelson shared the wonderful announcement of the temple’s upcoming creation. Fast forward to February 9, 2022, when the perfect spot for the temple was revealed, complete with stunning architectural designs that got everyone buzzing with excitement.

Covering a generous 19,000 square feet, this single-story temple is designed to be a haven for those seeking peace and connection. It will even include a distribution center, which means it will be ready to meet the needs of the community in a meaningful way.

After the groundbreaking on April 9, 2022, the dream started to come to life, and people couldn’t wait to see what was coming. The public open house from October 16 to November 1, 2025, was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to explore the temple and experience its serene atmosphere firsthand.
