This will be followed by private tours for invited guests on June 16 and 17, 2026. The public open house is set to take place from June 18 through July 3, 2026, excluding Sundays.

The dedication of the Cleveland Ohio Temple will be led by Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles on Sunday, August 16, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. For those unable to attend in person, a rebroadcast will be available at 2:00 p.m., ensuring that the dedicatory session reaches all units in the Cleveland Ohio Temple district.

The announcement for the Cleveland Ohio Temple was made by President Russell M. Nelson in April 2022. During this announcement, he emphasized the importance of focusing on the eternal blessings that come from the Temple, saying, “I plead with you to counter worldly ways by focusing on the eternal blessings of the temple.
