Exploring the Culiacán Mexico Temple
Excitement is building in Culiacán, Mexico, with the announcement of the Culiacán Mexico Temple. This significant addition to the region was announced on October 3, 2021, by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson. He emphasized the importance of dedicating time to the Lord in His holy house, noting that “nothing will strengthen your spiritual foundation like temple service and temple worship.”
Nestled off Avenida Milenium in the Colonia Country Tres Rios, the Culiacán Mexico Temple will span an impressive 10,000 square feet. It will be located between Miguel Tamayo Espinoza de los Monteros and Boulevard José María Figueroa Díaz, comfortably fitting within a five-acre lot. The design includes patron housing on the same property, enhancing convenience for those who wish to partake in the special spiritual offerings.
