Discovering the Naga Philippines Temple

Nestled in Barangay Concepcion Grande, the Naga Philippines Temple will be located at Lot 1045-A-1-A in the vibrant city of Naga, Bicol. This exciting addition to the area was announced on October 2, 2022, by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson, marking a significant development in the region.

Key Features of the Naga Philippines Temple

Spanning an impressive 9.11 acres, the Naga Philippines Temple will feature a single attached central tower, signifying a unique architectural design tailored for its purpose. Encompassing 18,850 square feet, it will also include a meetinghouse on the same lot, ensuring ample space for various activities and gatherings in the future.

The elevation will be at 41 feet, offering a stunning view and a serene environment that promotes reflection and learning. The rendering of the Naga Philippines Temple was unveiled on February 23, 2026, providing a glimpse of what is to come for this exciting development.

A Growing Presence in the Philippines

Upon completion, the Naga Philippines Temple will become the ninth addition to the growing network of Temples in the Philippines. In a country with over 880,000 Latter-day Saints who congregate in more than 1,300 locations, this new site will play a pivotal role in enhancing spiritual growth and unity.

Currently, there are four operational Temples in the Philippines: Alabang, Cebu City, Manila, and Urdaneta. With the Alabang Philippines Temple dedicated in January 2026, the announcement of the Naga Philippines Temple reflects the ongoing commitment to serve the needs of Latter-day Saints across the archipelago.

The Future of Temples in the Philippines

In addition to the Naga Philippines Temple, there are several additional Temples announced or under construction across the region. Locations such as Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, San Jose del Monte, Santiago, Tacloban City, and Tuguegarao City demonstrate an expanding commitment to faith and service within the Philippines.

As anticipation builds for the Naga Philippines Temple, the vision of a strengthened spiritual environment continues to inspire hope and unity among Latter-day Saints in the area. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting movement unfolds!
