The Ephraim Utah Temple, a magnificent new addition to the faith’s expanding temple network, is moving steadily toward completion with its open house and dedication dates now set for the coming year.

The Ephraim Utah Temple will be located at 400 East 200 North, Ephraim, Utah 84627, positioning it in a beautiful setting in Sanpete County. The Temple sits at an elevation of 5,567 feet, nestled in Utah’s scenic mountain region.

A Journey of Preparation

The announcement of the Ephraim Utah Temple came on May 1, 2021, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for the region. On August 27, 2022, Prophet Russell M. Nelson presided over the groundbreaking and site dedication ceremony, officially beginning construction on this sacred building.

The rendering of the Temple was released to the public on March 4, 2022, giving members their first glimpse of what this spiritual edifice would look like. The design captured the hearts of many, with its elegant architecture promising to become a cherished centerpiece for the area.

Building Specifications
