The groundbreaking and site dedication ceremony took place on August 27, 2022, with Prophet Russell M. Nelson presiding over the historic occasion. This milestone moment launched the construction of what would become a vital religious center for the area.

The Ephraim Utah Temple will be situated at 400 East 200 North, Ephraim, Utah 84627. Built at an elevation of 5,567 feet, the Temple will occupy 39,000 square feet of carefully designed space. The impressive size reflects the anticipated needs of the expanding membership base in central Utah.
Architectural Features and Function
The Ephraim Utah Temple has been designed with specific religious purposes in mind. The Temple will include:
- Four instruction rooms
- Three sealing rooms
