A Journey from Groundbreaking to Dedication

The journey to establishing this Temple began on August 24, 2013, when Ronald A. Rasband performed the groundbreaking and site dedication. The anticipation grew over the years, culminating in a public open house held from August 19 to September 10, 2016. During this time, an impressive 105,000 individuals took the opportunity to tour the facilities, reflecting the keen interest from the surrounding area.

The official dedication took place on October 16, 2016, with Deiter F. Uchtdorf presiding over the ceremony, marking a significant day in the lives of many who hold the Temple dear.
