Nestled in the heart of Fort Collins, Colorado, the Fort Collins Colorado Temple stands as a significant addition to the landscape, being the 153rd Operating Temple. Located at 2180 Majestic Dr, it occupies a spacious 15.69 acres, proudly featuring beige concrete panels that enhance its aesthetic appeal.

The journey towards this remarkable site began with a groundbreaking and site dedication on August 24, 2013, led by Ronald A. Rasband. This marked the beginning of what would become a cherished place for many.

In preparation for its official opening, a public open house was held from August 19 to September 10, 2016, attracting an impressive 105,000 individuals who came to experience its intricacies. Following this event, the Fort Collins Colorado Temple was dedicated on October 16, 2016, by Apostle Dieter F. Uchtdorf, an occasion filled with reverence and significance.

This magnificent establishment spans 42,000 square feet and reaches a height of 112 feet, making it an eye-catching feature of the Fort Collins skyline. A notable aspect is the central tower, which hosts a stunning gold-leafed Angel Moroni Statue, installed on August 26, 2015, adding to the Temple’s grandeur.

Inside, the Fort Collins Colorado Temple offers two instruction rooms, three sealing rooms, and a baptistry, designed to enhance the experience for those participating in various ceremonies. Furthermore, it is conveniently located across from a chapel, fostering a sense of connection between the two facilities.
