Announcement and Location
The Provo Utah Rock Canyon Temple was announced on October 3, 2021, by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson. It will be built on a 17-acre site, an increase from the previous 15-acre location due to the removal of a road at the old front of the Temple. Design Features
The Temple will exhibit several noteworthy design elements:
- Size: Covering 163,000 square feet, it will be a large Temple.
