The announcement of the Ephraim Utah Temple came on May 1, 2021, bringing news of an important religious facility to Ephraim. The groundbreaking and site dedication ceremony took place on August 27, 2022, officiated by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson. This ceremonial beginning set the stage for the construction of this remarkable facility.

Location and Details

The Ephraim Utah Temple is located at 400 East 200 North Ephraim, Utah 84627, positioned at an elevation of 5,567 feet on the Wasatch Plateau. The Temple will span an impressive 39,000 square feet when completed, providing ample space for the sacred ordinances performed within.

Architectural Features

The Temple’s design includes several key functional areas:
