We definately Marked our calendars! On June 1, 2024, Elder Vaiangina Sikahema will preside over the groundbreaking and dedication of the Cleveland Ohio Temple site. The Cleveland Ohio Temple was officially announced on April 3, 2022, during the 194th General Conference. Fantastic news spread, igniting anticipation among the more than 63,000 members and 125 congregations throughout Ohio! Located at 5997 Brecksville Road in Independence, the Cleveland Temple will occupy an expansive 12.5 acres of land, ensuring it has a significant presence in the area.

At 9,900 square feet, this Cleveland LDS Temple represents not just a spiritual haven but a work of architectural beauty. The design is striking, featuring a single attached central spire, although it won’t carry the traditional gold-leafed Angel Moroni. With an exterior composed of elegant granite, the Cleveland Ohio Temple will radiate serenity and beauty against the backdrop of Ohio’s skyline.
