Announced during the 194th General Conference on April 3, 2022, the Cleveland Ohio Temple is a monumental addition to the faith’s presence in the Buckeye State. With an impressive size of 9,900 square feet, this sacred space will not only enhance spiritual experiences but also strengthen community ties among the more than 63,000 church members and 125 congregations throughout Ohio.

Nestled on a gorgeous 12.5-acre site at 5997 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio 44131, the Cleveland Temple promises to be a significant focal point for the community. At an elevation of 733 feet, it offers stunning views that will emphasize its grandeur. The exterior will be adorned with beautiful granite, reflecting timeless elegance and serenity.
The design features a striking single attached central spire, a unique architectural choice that showcases modern beauty without a gold-leafed Angel Moroni. A rendering of the Cleveland Ohio Temple was released on July 25, 2023, offering a glimpses into the stunning beauty that will soon grace Ohio.
