On October 6, 2024, during the 194th Semiannual General Conference, President Russell M. Nelson shared plans to build this inspiring house of the Lord. Located in northern Idaho, Coeur d’Alene boasts a population of over 50,000 residents. Nearby Spokane, Washington, also features a temple, making this the tenth temple announced for the state of Idaho.
