Recent Construction Progress
Dewatering efforts are now underway, involving the drilling of 20 wells. Water extracted from these wells will be pumped into large tanks and transported to Lake Creek, located just south of the construction site. Importantly, these dewatering activities have been assessed to have no negative impact on the local environment.
In a notable development, the construction injunction that had previously affected progress has now been lifted, allowing for work to move forward smoothly.

Architectural Features
The design of the Heber Valley Utah Temple is striking, featuring two attached end towers. Unlike many other buildings of its kind, it will not include a Gold-leafed Angel Moroni Statue. Inside, there will be four instruction rooms, four sealing rooms, and a single baptistry, with a total area of 87,626 square feet, categorizing it as a large Temple according to the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The structure will rise to a height of 210 feet and will be built at an elevation of 6,711 feet, showcasing stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
