Open House Event

The last opportunity for the public to tour the Boise Idaho Temple occurred from October 13 to November 10, 2012. During this period, an impressive 128,716 individuals took the chance to explore its intricate design and serene ambiance.

Occupying 4.83 acres, the exterior of the temple features a striking finish of white granite quarried from China, enhancing its elegance. Architecturally, it boasts six detached spires topped by a gold leafed statue of the angel Moroni, added on February 16, 2012. With a total area of 35,868 square feet and a height of 112 feet, it commands attention from various vantage points.

Interior Design

Inside, visitors will find four instructional rooms and four sealing rooms, alongside a single baptismal setting, thoughtfully designed to facilitate various ceremonies that reflect deep meaning for those who participate.
