This marked the beginning of a new spiritual era, culminating in the official dedication over two momentous days from December 18th to 19th, 1999, by the esteemed Prophet Gordon B. Hinckley.
The Raleigh North Carolina Temple legacy continued as it welcomed visitors for a second public open house from September 21st to September 28th, 2019. This event showcased its significant role in the Temple and was followed by a rededication on October 13, 2019, led by Apostle M. Russell Ballard, reaffirming its importance in the lives of many.
