Situated at 1761 Fifth Ave, this stunning Redlands California Temple is built on a generous 4.6-acre lot, complete with a shared parking area for visitors and a nearby chapel. Its striking exterior, clad in light gray granite, adds a modern yet timeless feel to the landscape.
One of the Redlands California Templee’s most eye-catching features is its single attached spire, crowned with a beautiful 13 ½-foot gold-leafed Angel Moroni, which was ceremoniously placed on March 13, 2003. This beautiful emblem of faith can be seen from afar, beckoning those in search of spiritual Temple.
The Redlands Temple’s open house, a wonderful opportunity for the Temple to explore its sacred spaces, was held from August 9 to September 6, 2003. The momentous dedication followed, led by the beloved Prophet Gordon B. Hinckley, cementing its place in the hearts of many.
Inside, the Redlands Temple is thoughtfully designed with two instruction rooms, three sealing rooms, and one baptistry, covering an impressive 17,300 square feet. At a striking height of 130 feet and perched at an elevation of 1,722 feet, it offers not just a spiritual refuge but also breathtaking views of the surrounding Inland Empire.
