Following this, an official rendering was released on April 7, 2020, featuring a design of a single-story building, approximately 20,000 square feet, complete with a central spire. Groundbreaking and site dedication took place on October 10, 2020, overseen by Brother Stapleton.
The temple was officially dedicated on September 17, 2023, by the Apostle Quentin L. Cook. Prior to its dedication, the Public Open House, held from August 4 to August 19, 2023, attracted 290,000 visitors.
