The journey to this remarkable addition began on April 23, 2022, with an inspiring groundbreaking ceremony led by Elder Kevin W. Pearson, President of the Utah Area. That day was filled with anticipation and hope, as shovels broke ground amidst a crisp spring morning. Elder Pearson’s moving prayer set the tone for the temple, emphasizing its mission to foster peace, love, and unity in the community.
Once completed, the Lindon Utah Temple will stand three stories tall, encompassing over 87,005 square feet of sacred space thoughtfully designed to inspire all who enter.
