The Redlands California Temple is truly a gem in the heart of the Inland Empire! Announced on April 21, 2001, this beautiful Temple is the 116th dedicated Temple in operation and is cherished by many in the Temple.

Just think back to the Redlands California Temple excitement of the Open House from August 9th to September 6th, 2003, when visitors flooded in to admire its stunning design before the official dedication by the beloved Prophet Gordon B. Hinckley. It was a wonderful time for everyone to explore and appreciate this special place!

As you approach the Temple, you’ll be struck by its lovely light gray granite exterior. Rising to 130 feet, the single spire crowned with a gold-leafed Angel Moroni, placed on March 13, 2003, adds a beautiful touch to the skyline. It stands as a Temple of hope and faith for all patrons who enter.

Inside, you’ll find two instruction rooms, three sealing rooms, and a beautiful baptistry—all designed to create a warm and welcoming spiritual experience. Covering 17,300 square feet and nestled on a spacious 4.6-acre lot, there’s even a shared parking lot with a nearby chapel, making it easy for everyone to visit.

As the fifth Temple built in California and the first in the Inland Empire, the Redlands California Temple holds a special place in the hearts of many. Sitting at an elevation of 1,722 feet, it’s not just a Temple, but a beloved Temple Temple filled with love and inspiration. Whether you’re visiting for Temple work or simply to take in the beauty, of the grounds to feel the warm spirit that fills this incredible place!
