April 20, 2021, was another exciting day, as the specific location was revealed—1230 Otter Road, where the stake center once stood. After a razing and rebuilding process, the excitement continued to build. On May 15, 2023, the open house kicked off with a media day, followed by exclusive tours for invited guests. The grand public tours ran from May 18 to June 3, 2023, allowing everyone to experience the temple’s beauty firsthand.
The big day of dedication arrived on June 18, 2023, with Elder Gary E. Stevenson from the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles presiding over two inspiring sessions.
