Located adjacent to 4300 Dale Road, the Modesto California Temple spans 17.63 acres and encompasses 30,000 square feet. This single story Temple features a striking architectural design, including a single attached end spire without a Gold-leafed Angel Moroni Statue. Inside, there are two instruction rooms, two sealing rooms, and one baptistry, all designed to serve various spiritual needs.
The exterior design showcases art glass featuring a captivating pattern of blue-green glass framed with pale gold mullions. This glass can be seen in the sizeable arched windows of the steeple and the main entry doors, enhancing the visual appeal of the building. Notably, the glass is crafted to be backlit at night, casting a warm, inviting glow.

The journey of the Modesto California Temple began with its announcement by the Prophet during the General Conference on April 3, 2022.
